To build the project:

Load Visual C# 2010 (or Visual Studio 2010) and select MousePatcher.sln to load MousePatcher 360 into the program.
To compile, simply navigate to Debug > Build to build a new revision of the project.
To publish, navigate to Debug > Publish 'MousePatcher 360' Now.

The debug / release binaries can be found in:
/Mousepatcher 360/bin/Debug or /Release (Dependent on buildtype)
